Piedmont Dielectrics Corporation is a diversified manufacturer of a wide range of specialized products for the electrical industry including low and medium voltage circuit breaker, switchgear,  switchboard applications.

PDC's standard and custom products, including bushings, stand-off insulators, low and medium voltage instrument transformers, epoxy castings, and polyester glass compression moldings.

This business was sold to management team in 2002

Architectural Shapes, Inc. was based in Exton, PA and manufactured intricate decorative structures using gypsum and fiberglass materials.  Products included column covers, cornices, shutters, headboards, frieseboards, sills, spheres and a variety of others. 

Roart was based in Morris, MN and manufactured pultruded enclosures and accessories for cable TV and telecommunication applications.

Bergen Cable Technology, Inc. is headquartered in Lodi, NJ. The company specializes in the design, development and manufacture of a complete line of custom mechanical cable assemblies and stranded steel products which are used in a wide range of automotive, aerospace and OEM applications.

Diamond Communication Products, Inc. was a leading manufacturer of poleline hardware for the telecommunications industry.

Coastal Engineered Products was engaged in the pultrusion business; where glass fibers are pulled through a heated die after passing through a resin bath to form a wide variety of lineal products.
