The Diamond Group focuses primarily on manufacturing companies using low to medium technology manufacturing processes.  Each company must be able to serve as a platform for complementary add-on acquisitions.

Hands-on Management
The hands-on management style of The Diamond Group necessitates a controlling interest in all portfolio companies.  For this reason, minority stakes are not considered.

Target Revenues
Target revenues for acquisition candidates should range from US$10MM to $50MM.

Target Geography
The geographic focus for target acquisition candidates is North America, although North American based businesses with branch offices abroad will also be considered.

Diamond Communication Products, Inc. was a leading manufacturer of poleline hardware for the telecommunications industry.

Coastal Engineered Products was engaged in the pultrusion business; where glass fibers are pulled through a heated die after passing through a resin bath to form a wide variety of lineal products.
